Biography
Staci Roth is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the fields of early childhood education, secondary education, youth outreach, and social services. As part of the Learn4Life network, Staci has made significant contributions to the organization, including creating the HOPE (Helping our Parenting Students Excel) Program, which provides much-needed support to teenage parents striving to earn their high-school diplomas and pursue future college and career goals.
Staci has served as a Social Science teacher in the Learn4Life network and acted as the first HOPE Program Supervising Teacher. Currently, she holds the position of HOPE Program Coordinator under the Trauma-Resilient Educational Communities (TREC) school development department, supporting all Learn4Life schools in developing child-friendly, safe, educational, and supportive services for pregnant or parenting students in California, as well as in other states across the US.
Since the program's inception in 2016, Staci's dedication to the HOPE Program has positively impacted hundreds of teenage parents. Staci's expertise and passion for improving equitable student outcomes have led her to facilitate various training sessions within the Learn4Life network. She consistently develops new and innovative materials following the TREC model to increase wellness and equitable student outcomes.

Personal Statement
Hello, I’m Staci Roth and I am passionate about helping people understand that there is always hope and the ability to build resiliency no matter what situations they may have experienced in their past or may also be facing in their present lives. It has been such a gift to work with youth and staff in this capacity for over 25 years, and to work alongside colleagues who share the same passion for healing and wholeness in the lives we are privileged to encounter. I’m so excited to share our work with you and send you off to help heal hearts and minds. The world needs more good, be the good!
