Organizational Accreditation

The Trauma-Resilient Educational Communities (TREC) Organizational Accreditation is a comprehensive process that exemplifies values-based transformation both individually and organizationally fostering common shared language and understanding on the impact of trauma and building resilience through equity-focused, healing-centered, and trauma-resilient systems change. This 18–24-month program includes six professional development sessions, professional well-being surveys, the launch of resiliency program(s), a needs and strengths assessment, the establishment of a TREC work group, a self-study, and the creation of a sustainability action plan.
